2. In how many days will the bank  close my account if it reaches zero balance?
 Ans: In case your account is not used for more than 90 days after it reaches zero balance, your account will be dormant.
 
3. How do I activate my “Dormant” bank account?
 Ans: To activate your “Dormant” account, you can visit our nearest branch (do not forget to carry along your cheque book).

4. Does the bank send me a monthly statement on my checking or savings account?
 Ans: We recommend you to subscribe for e-banking (Link to e banking) facility. You can view your monthly statement through this.

5. What is the frequency of interest pay-out?

6. What is the procedure to add/modify or delete a nominee for all my accounts and deposits?

7. How do I register for Email Statement/s?
 Ans: You can register for Email Statement/s through our e-banking (Link) facility.

8. How can I transfer my Savings Account from one branch to another?
 Ans: As the bank is providing the facility of ABBS, we suggest you to use the same. However, if you still want to transfer your account, please visit the new branch (where you want your account to be transferred) and request for the same. The bank will do the needful thereafter.
